- click and fill in the drop down size, colour and how many items needed and click add to basket
- click the continue shopping icon or go to checkout
- choose between paying by paypal or creditcard and click the relevant icon
- once all fields are filled in click review and proceed
- click buy now
- you will be able to print off a receipt with the details of the transaction
- items will be sent within 21 working days
- delivery charges to out side of the UK will be more expensive please e-mail for price before purchasing items
Our refunds and exchange policy
- e-mail us at info@italiandesignerwear.com with any complaint, refund or exchange
- an item can be returned with a full refund as long as it
has not been worn and is still complete in its un opened packaging
within 14 days of purchase
- an item can be exchanged within 14 days as long as it has not been worn and is returned in its original packaging
- items are sent in perfect order and damaged goods returned will be examined by quality control and a decision will be made by only them to whether a refund or exchange will be made
